Free Shipping:

Standard items (no overweight, fragile, or oversized) ship free via Ground for orders over $400. Orders containing larger / heavier items such as tanks, substrate, and items 45" in length or larger, will be shipped through freight and will qualify for free freight shipping after your cart reaches a minimum. Within Texas the minimum for free freight is $2000. Outside Texas (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), the minimum for free freight is $4000. Please keep your sales representative updated on your business hours and contact number to avoid delays or additional freight fees.

If your order contains both standard hard goods AND bulk/heavy items, they will be shipped through freight unless requested otherwise or ordered separately.

You will receive a call from your sales representative to go over the final invoice for your order.

Local Pickup:

If you are located near our warehouse in Austin, TX, you may choose to opt for local pickup rather than delivery. There is no fee for local pickup. Contact your sales rep to confirm your order is ready for pickup before arrival.

REFUND POLICY

All claims for damaged goods (visible or concealed) upon delivery must be reported to your sales rep with pictures and list of items within 4 hours of delivery. Do not throw away items or packaging. Please contact your sales rep immediately and file a claim with the shipper.

Check Out Process

When placing an order on our website, it will be considered a pro-forma invoice. 

1. Shipping is not calculated in the pro-forma invoice- we will calculate the best shipping rate during the final invoicing process.

•  If you have a shipping request, please add that as a note to your order.
•  If taxes are applied to your order, we will remove it during the invoicing process.
